We send a reminder text 72 hours and a confirmation text 24 hours before your appointment. To keep our schedule fair and flexible for all guests, please give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

Credit cards for all color services are securely kept on file and will only be charged per the cancellation/no‑show policy below:

• Cancellations with 48 hours notice : 50% of the scheduled service.

• Same‑day cancellations or no‑call/no‑shows: 100% of the scheduled service.

• We ask that you take into account our business hours when calling or texting to cancel. We will not see it until we get in the next morning.

Running late? Give us a call — we get busy and might not see texts right away. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your stylist may need to reschedule. We appreciate your respect for our time and can’t wait to catch up!
